My Mediatation Focus Today Is...
My meditation focus today is a yellow and white local sea snail shell with rays winding around its center like ribbons around a May pole. Its aimed white crown points the finger at an unknown breastplate, like a pyramid mace head on a spear, when the warrior hides himself even from kind or yielding glances behind the mockingly gentle curves of a perfect full body shield. Such is the flawless face of those who polish the ocean's depths by themselves.
